Le prime volte era buona, a pochi mesi dall'apertura, poco tempo fa l ho voluta riprovare, UN INCUBO!, 1 ORA DI RITARDO, INGREDIENTI ACIDI, POMODORO E MOZZARELLA PRESSOCHÉ ASSENTI... MAI PIÚ! Titolare al telefono maleducata e scontrosa. Una Margherita con crudo 8 euro con la sola aggiunta di patatine (per lo più erano anche quattro) 11.50. s	simona oliviero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo effettuato un ordine di tre pizze , una delle quali era una caprese(pomodoro,mozzarella di bufala, pomodorini e rucola) con aggiunta di crudo, ci arriva una pizza senza rucola e con aggiunta di parmigiano, da premettere che le pizze sono state consegnate con mezz’ora di ritardo e non ho ricevuto nessuna chiamata dalla pizzeria per informarmi della mancanza degli ingredienti , cosa che abbiamo scoperto una volta effettuato il pagamento . Chiamo la pizzeria chiedendo spiegazioni dato che abbiamo ricevuto una pizza diversa da quella ordinata e la loro risposta è stata che non avrebbero fatto un’altra pizza , in poche parole dovevamo arrangiarci . Riusciamo alla fine ad arrivare al compromesso che ci avrebbero portato un’altra pizza per rimediare al disagio da loro causato.. la consegna è arrivata dopo 1 ora (cosa che ci avevano anticipato telefonicamente) l’unico particolare era che nonostante l’errore fosse stato il loro la pizza l’avremmo dovuta comunque pagare .. perchè era stata toccata la pizza sbagliata da loro ( questo perche erano ormai le 22:30) . Senza parole .. una figura cosi con ospiti a cena non mi era mai capitata .. Aggiungo , dato che non è possibile rispondere alla vostra cordialità che avete dimostrato anche nella risposta alla mia lecita recensione , che come mi aspettavo nonostante il vostro errore non avete saputo fare altro che offendere e rigirare la frittata come d'altronde vi è noto fare con chiunque recensisca negativamente . Parlate di umiltá ma in voi ne vedo veramente poca.. la brutta figura la fate voi rispondendo con questa arroganza alle recensioni negative. Io ho chiesto e pagato tutto , peccato che non ho ricevuto le pizze ordinate .. e tranquilli non ci sarà piu l'occasione di risentirci . Without words .. a figure like this with guests at dinner had never happened to me .. I add, since it is not possible to respond to your friendliness, which you have also shown in the response to my legitimate review, that as I expected, despite your mistake, you have not been able to do anything but offend and turn the omelette as you are known to do with anyone who reviews negatively. Talk about humility but I see very little of it in you .. you make a bad impression by responding with this arrogance to negative reviews. I asked and paid for everything, too bad I did not receive the pizzas ordered .. and don't worry there will be no more opportunity to hear from us.
