Cotta alla perfezione, per chi come me odia le pizze bruciate e nere come il carbone! Questo vuol dire per chi non lo sapesse che il forno viene costantemente pulito! Usano una buona mozzarella, non usano quantità industriali di sale per il pomodoro, l'impasto è soffice con bordo croccante, quindi si presta bene per essere mangiata dopo un po' di tempo dalla cottura. Se usassero la mozzarella fiordilatte, magari anche a richiesta del cliente, con un supplemento in euro, sarebbe la pizza d'asporto perfetta. Personale educato, gentile e sorridente. I Pizzaioli professionali. Unico neo, purtroppo è una costante a San Pietro, la qualità mediocre dei funghi che usano, dagli champignon, ai porcini fino ai cardoncelli!
