Da un lato è rassicurante, si intuisce che si siano concentrati solo sulla pizza e non su altri fronzoli, dall'altro si percepisce immediatamente che la mancanza di "aggiornamenti" verte anche su tutto il resto. Difatti se la pizza resta iconica e non ha bisogno, avendo un suo preciso stile, di cambiare, sicuramente altri aspetti del servizio potrebbero ricevere una rinfrescata. Nel 2022 è un po' strano non sapere cosa compone gli ingredienti della tua stessa pizza, e lascia pensare, anche perchè una pizza così rappresentativa della città avrebbe bisogno di pochi accorgimenti per regnare incontrastata nella memoria collettiva per altri 10 anni, ma sembra non ci sia molto interesse a riguardo, peccato! Riguardo la pizza...è unica. Un po' pane, un po' pizza, un po' focaccia. La mangi, non capisci, però è buona. Consiglio le pizze semplici, non deludono. Prezzo imbattibile.
