★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sera abbiamo mangiato due ottime pizze napoletane. Le pizze gourmet ispirano un sacco, infatti sono molto originali e ero davvero indecisa su cosa scegliere! Abbiamo ordinato una “zucca” (provola, crema di zucca, salsiccia e scaglie di pecorino) e una “crispy” (fior di latte, pomodorini confit, speck croccante, ricotta e cialde di parmigiano). Impasto super soffice e digeribile. Squisite!
Infine abbiamo ordinato il loro tiramisù e un mini cocktail ?
Last night we ate two excellent Neapolitan pizzas. The gourmet pizzas inspire a lot, in fact they are very original and I was really undecided on what to choose! We ordered a "pumpkin" (provola, pumpkin cream, sausage and pecorino flakes) and a "crispy" (mozzarella, confit tomatoes, crispy speck, ricotta and parmesan wafers). Super soft and digestible dough. Delicious!
Finally we ordered their tiramisu and a mini cocktail ?
