Impasto top,farcitura bilanciata (né troppa né troppo poca),gustoso,morbido..... Se siete del posto andateci più possibile perché una pizzeria così lo merita,se non siete del posto e volete mangiare qualcosa di veramente buono andateci.....perché ci tornerete. Pizzeria di stampo napoletano,ma con il giusto compromesso tra la pizza con il cornicione alto (e ripieno) e la pizza che si fa nella maggior parte delle pizzerie,con il cornicione sottile. Il segreto,dicono,risiede nel fatto che gli ingredienti sono naturali, così come lo è anche la lievitazione. L'impasto non da fastidio allo stomaco e non lascia,nel lungo termine,quella sensazione di pesantezza e la continua sete che si potrebbe avere dopo aver mangiato la pizza Ottimo veramente!!!!!! I got the calzone with wurstel, mozzarella and fried potatoes .... I literally devoured it (I'm greedy for mine, but the calzone made it easier for me). Top dough, balanced filling (neither too much nor too little), tasty, soft ..... If you are a local go there as much as possible because a pizzeria like this deserves it, if you are not a local and you want to eat something really good go there ..... because you will be back. Neapolitan-style pizzeria, but with the right compromise between pizza with a high (and stuffed) cornice and the pizza that is made in most pizzerias, with a thin cornice. The secret, they say, lies in the fact that the ingredients are natural, as is the leavening. The dough does not bother the stomach and does not leave, in the long term, that feeling of heaviness and continuous thirst that you might have after eating pizza Really great !!!!!!

Impasto perfetto, finalmente condimento ben distribuito abbondante ma non esagerato, olio buonissimo. Che sia mangiata al locale che consegnata a domicilio, la pizza è tooop! Consigliatissima! Per non parlare del prezzo spettacolare! Non vedo l'ora di provare gli altri piatti, ho saputo che anche il pesce è speciale. Bravissimi! One of the (2) best pizzerias in Italy and in the world for me. Perfect dough, finally abundant but not exaggerated well-distributed dressing, very good oil. Whether eaten locally or delivered to your door, the pizza is tooop! Highly recommended! Not to mention the spectacular price! I can't wait to try the other dishes, I know the fish is special too. Very good!
