★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due stelle elargire con benevolenza. Locale spartano, semplice, quasi casareccio stile trattoria romana di massa. Arredi scarsi. Abbiamo ordinato una porzione di patatine classiche fritte ed erano discrete e due pizze. Malgrado risulterebbero cotte su forno a legna, l'impasto risulta immangiabile dove il coltello stesso fatica a tagliarle, figuriamoci a masticarle. Credo dipenda da una inadeguata scelta di tempo nella lievitazione. Locale adatto a famiglie locali dei paeselli limitrofi.
Two stars bestow with benevolence. Spartan restaurant, simple, almost home-style, Roman trattoria style. Poor furnishings. We ordered a portion of classic french fries and they were decent and two pizzas. Although they would be cooked on a wood oven, the dough is inedible where the knife itself struggles to cut them, let alone chew them. I believe it depends on an inadequate choice of time in the leavening. Local suitable for local families of neighboring villages.
