F	Federica Galante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal cambio di gestione l unica peculiarità rimasta invariata è stata la gentilezza e la cortesia per il resto un cambio di mestiere potrebbe essere più di un suggerimento ,Margherita da evitare trattandosi di una pizza rossa con uno strato di mozzarella spessissimo e impossibile da addentare senza svuotare l intero pezzo già di perse complicato da tagliare (nonostante gli sia stato segnalato più volte e nonostante anche loro abbiano ribadito che più di qualcuno gli avesse segnalato il problema ) pizza rossa sempre eccessivamente cotta tanto da sembrare una piadina impossibilitando la presa senza che si spezzi nei punti meno opportuni ,sugo e impasto restano comunque al di sopra della media delle pizzerie di Castelverde , molto più ostaggio che cliente in quanto non c'è altro nei paraggi se non per le pizzerie a taglio...purtroppo insoddisfatto pienamente Since the change of management the only peculiarity that has remained unchanged has been the kindness and courtesy for the rest a change of profession could be more than a suggestion, Margherita to be avoided since it is a red pizza with a very thick layer of mozzarella and impossible to bite into without emptying the entire piece of perse already complicated to cut (despite having been reported to them several times and even though they too reiterated that more than one had reported the problem) red pizza always overcooked to the point of looking like a flatbread, making it impossible to take it without breaking in the least appropriate points, the sauce and dough remain above the average of the pizzerias of Castelverde, much more hostage than customer as there is nothing else nearby except for the pizzerias by the slice ... unfortunately fully dissatisfied
