β β β β β Siamo entrati per un pranzo veloce e senza pretese in attesa della riapertura della Valle dei Templi e ci siamo trovati a mangiare ottimamente.
Un posto semplice e il proprietario, Rosario, oltre ad essere un eccellente cuoco Γ¨ una persona amichevole e garbata.
Abbiamo seguito il suo consiglio per una pasta con gamberi e pistacchio, credetemi, veramente ma veramente buona.
Siamo tornati la sera per assaggiare la pizza e anche quì 10 e lode.
Lo consiglio assolutamente soprattutto per il rapporto qualitΓ prezzo e la simpatia del proprietario.
 We went in for a quick, unpretentious lunch while awaiting the reopening of the Valley of the Temples and found ourselves eating excellently.
A simple place and the owner, Rosario, besides being an excellent cook is a friendly and polite person.
We followed his advice for a pasta with prawns and pistachio, believe me, really, really good.
We returned in the evening to taste the pizza and also here 10 and praise.
I absolutely recommend it especially for the value for money and the friendliness of the owner.

β β β β β A GREAT experience for two Australians a long way from home! Very friendly, relaxing, great decor and terrific food. Recomend the Salmon Risotto and the Sicilian Syrah. A lovelly local feel!!!
