K	Karen Ilon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is very good , but We was very disappointed about the service, 1st time we were there we told that we are from Adriatic Palace Hotel, so we will have discount, but when we ask for a bill they forgot to do the discount, and told us that it is our fault? The 2nd time we went there at 11:20 ( the restaurant is closing at 12:00), the waiter Tatyana came & remembered us, and instead of nice welcome she told us why we come at this late time? later when paying the bill she said us that again she forgot about discount, but the manager of restaurant did not change the bill, and said that we must every time tell about it, and also the waiter changed her mind and said that she didnt remember us, and she didnt know about the discount. So we pay the bill without discount, The service is very very bad, even if we forget to say about it, the manager should change the bill, in order to make us happy and serve properly. And the waiter should not lie by saying that she didnt remember us. Moreover the waiter cant come and tell that the time is too late, she is not the one who will say at what time we must go to restaurant. Besides all of this, while having dinner at that time, the waiters were standing near us, and disturbing us by making loud noise, which is very bad and inconvenient.

Location is in only 1 min walk time from Piazza Milano where every evening some activities take place. The waitress spoke Russian and the menu is translated in Russian as well ;) so its a 5 from me

The service wasn't just friendly - they knew how to promote there food in a very suitable way. Furthermore everything was done really quickly so we didn't have to wait hours for the food or a bill. We tried several dishes because after the first visit we had to come here again and again for a whole week of our vacation. It was just too delishes! Try the tiramisu with nutella if you get here. It's awesome!
