β β β β β Sono stato in questa pizzeria qualche tempo fa con un paio di amici. Purtroppo non Γ© stata un esperienza piacevolissima.
Avevamo prenotato ma nonostante quello abbiamo dovuto aspettare quasi mezz'ora per il nostro tavolo. Ci Γ© stato poi dato un tavolo davvero minuscolo nella saletta secondaria.
Nella sala principale c'era un bel tepore, mentre nella secondaria credo ci fosse il riscaldamento spento dato che faceva freddissimo tanto che un amica ha tenuto addosso il cappotto durante il pasto.
La scelta si pizze Γ© decisamente consistente e con ingredienti molto interessanti. La pizza si presenta molto bene e devo dire che era buona seppur servitaci non caldissima.
Peccato.
 I was in this pizzeria some time ago with a couple of friends. Unfortunately it was not a very pleasant experience.
We had booked but despite that we had to wait almost half an hour for our table. We were then given a very tiny table in the back room.
In the main room there was a nice warmth, while in the secondary I think the heating was off since it was so cold that a friend kept her coat on during the meal.
The choice of pizzas is very consistent and with very interesting ingredients. The pizza looks very good and I must say that it was good even if served not very hot.

β β β β β Γ una pizzeria e per quanto ho capito da non molto tempo fanno anche il pane d'asporto.
Bene, il loro pane appena sfornato c'Γ¨ l'hanno fatto assaggiare, era semplicemente buonissimo!
Poi mentre aspettavamo le pizze ci ha preparato delle bruschette con cipolla rossa e formaggio fuso, una goduria di sapore!
Ok, le pizze (eravamo in 4) erano tutte molto belle a vedere e a tutti Γ¨ piaciuta molto.
Gli ingredienti sono sicuramente di qualitΓ .
La cosa che mi ha sorpreso Γ¨ stata che per la prima volta invece di rimanermi il solito sapore salato di pizza in bocca quello che Γ¨ rimasto Γ¨ stato il sapore dell'impasto ossia del pane! Super!
Ho visto mentre preparava le pizze che lo faceva con ritmo, con sapienza, con passione!
Ho letto una recensione in cui parla di impasto stopposo... Non sono per niente d'accordo.
Ho portato a casa una pagnotta del pane che loro fanno (1,5kg) e a casa lo abbiamo divorato in due giorni, scaldato tornava ad essere come appena fatto e sempre buonissimo.

I read a review that talks about stringy dough ... I disagree at all.
I brought home a loaf of bread that they make (1.5kg) and at home we ate it in two days, when heated it was as fresh as it was made and always delicious.
