Vengo dalla Campania, è difficilmente, fuori regione, ho trovato una pizza così buona a un prezzo così accessibile. Super consigliato! Happened by chance in this pizzeria in Pavullo. Excellent pizza, light and with quality products with an excellent quality / price ratio. I come from Campania, it is hardly, outside the region, I have found such a good pizza at such an affordable price. Super recommended!

Quando si offre soltanto pizza, bisogna anche saperla offrire. Ciò sognifuca, far star bene, chi la viene a mangiare. A noi tutto ciò è mancato. Detto questo, per me, karolina e per mio marito Manuel, c'è forse ancora qualcosa da migliorare.... Un'antipasto sarebbe stato gradito, non solo nei giorni festivi. When you only offer pizza, you also need to know how to offer it. This dream is to make those who come to eat it feel good. We have lacked all of this. Qui si mangia PIZZA. Una pizza eccellente, alta, morbida, perfettamente lievitata e assolutamente ben digeribile, con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità (il che spiega l'assenza, a volte, di qualche ingrediente/variazione). Per me la pizza va insieme alla birra: e qui mi hanno servito una Forst decisamente buona, spillata in modo ineccepibile e a temperatura perfetta. Come dolci, solo babà, ancora una volta in ossequio alla scelta "poche cose ma buone". Per il resto la location è bellissima, curatissima e accogliente, con muri a pietra viva, travi in legno e un arredamento semplice e luminoso. L'atmosfera è raccolta, quieta, senza urla o rumori assordanti: si parla tranquillamente, con un leggero sottofondo di musica jazz. Completano la serata i camerieri, gentili e attenti, il puntuale e gradito controllo dei Green Pass e molti sorrisi dietro le mascherine. Torniamo presto!! An excellent pizza, high, soft, perfectly leavened and absolutely well digestible, with fresh and high quality ingredients (which explains the absence, at times, of some ingredient / variation). For me, pizza goes with beer: and here they served me a decidedly good Forst, flawlessly tapped and at a perfect temperature. As desserts, only babà, once again in accordance with the choice "few things but good". For the rest, the location is beautiful, well-kept and welcoming, with stone walls, wooden beams and simple and bright furnishings. The atmosphere is intimate, quiet, without screams or deafening noises: we speak quietly, with a light background of jazz music. The evening is completed by the kind and attentive waiters, the timely and welcome check of the Green Passes and many smiles behind the masks. We come back soon !!
