A detta loro il ragazzo ha avuto dei problemi nella consegna e ha ritardato 50 minuti , successivamente parlando con lui vengo a scoprire che questa domenica hanno solo un ragazzo alle consegne mentre la precedente domenica ne hanno avuti tre . Roba che per 20€ e non pagare un'altro ragazzo alle consegne vi fanno aspettare un eternità , a questo punto mettete la consegna a pagamento se questo è il risultato . Così facendo i clienti li perdete e chiudete bottega ma non credo debba spiegarvelo io il tempo lo dirà . Inoltre mentre chiedevo delucidazioni in merito alla pizza a che punto fosse il ragazzo sentivo il pizzaiolo che diceva dietro ( passammillu a mia a chistu ) ... Se non avete ancora capito che i clienti sono il vostro pane forse è meglio che cambiate mestiere . Non solo il cliente ha sempre ragione e siete in torto marcio nei confronti di un cliente che vi ha già pagato anticipatamente , rispondete anche in tono maleducato infastiditi delle mie chiamate? Roba da matti , € 5,50 buttati , pizzeria da dimenticare , spero leggano in molti e si facciano un idea . Che poi non bisogna scendere sotto molte recensioni per leggerne una uguale alla mia , se solo avessi letto prima!! Ordered pizza at 8.40pm arrived at 10.15pm. arrived frozen as the young lady at 9.45 pm tells me she is already on the counter (practically 30 minutes). C	Claudio Stoduto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiduciosi abbiamo fatto l'ordine con Just Eat alle 20.45 con consegna prevista alle 21.15. Purtroppo non si é mai palesato nessuno. Chiamiamo noi e solo allora ci dicono che le pizze erano in ritardo con consegna alle 21.30. attendiamo quell'ora ma niente, chiamiamo un'altra volta e ci prendono addirittura in giro venendo a sapere che le pizze ancora non erano state fatte ("sono sul bancone" cit.). A quel punto pretendiamo un rimborso o altro, ma avendo già pagato ovviamente e furbescamente, il locale non ha potuto fare nulla se non omaggiarci due porzioni di patatine fritte. Le pizze vengono consegnate alla fine alle 22.05 con praticamente 50 minuti di ritardo. Il locale si riteneva pure giustificato per un problema avuto ma fatto sta che se non avessimo chiamato non avremmo mangiato mai Per concludere le pizze sono arrivate fredde ed immangiabili. Crostoni duri, secche come non mai e gommose nelle parti con le mozzarelle. Le patatine fritte erano completamente umide e zuppe della condensa creatasi per cui... Peccato. Come detto al locale, se non si sa utilizzare Just eat é meglio lasciar perdere. Addirittura poi, dopo la doverosa segnalazione al servizio, il gestore ha persino comunicato che tutto ciò che era successo non era vero. In totale 4 telefonate poco risolutive, 25 euro buttati e nessuna cena. Confident we made the order with Just Eat at 8.45 pm with delivery scheduled at 9.15 pm. Unfortunately no one ever showed up. Abbiamo provato solo l asporto, ma sicuramente anche mangiata nel locale non sarà per niente male Great pizza. Discovered and tested thanks to just eat.
