★ ★ ★ ★ ★ è un posto piccolo ma curato e molto pulito, la pizza secondo i miei gusti è "ottima". é una pizzeria da asporto con possibilità di consumare lì soprattutto quando fa bello. gestita dai proprietari molto professionali. un difetto? mah, forse in leggero ritardo cronico al ritiro delle pizze ma giustificabile dall' estrema mole di lavoro che devono svolgere.E' brava gente e merita il successo che hanno.
it is a small place but nice and very clean, the pizza according to my taste is "excellent". It is a takeaway pizzeria with the possibility of eating there especially when it's nice. run by very professional owners. a defect? well, maybe a slight chronic delays the withdrawal of pizzas but justified by 'extreme amount of work that must svolgere.E' good people and deserve the success they have.

Good pizza and well filled. Excellent very soft dough. It is a takeaway pizzeria but also has outdoor seating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosciamo questo incantevole localino, micro pizzeria da asporto o consumo nello spazio al suo esterno, grazie ad un amico ferrarese. Che dire...pare d'entrare in una fiaba...lucine,lanterne,zucche,fiori essiccati e non,credenze shabby della nonna,paraschizzi con ceramiche,legni rubati al tempo..ah...fanno anche una pizza che...wow,piccola, alla napoletana, con cornicione ciccione, soffice,ben cotto ma non bruciato,super farcita, buonissimissima E superdigeribile. Peccato io sia di Bologna ?
We know this charming little place, micro pizzeria to take away or to eat in the space outside it, thanks to a friend from Ferrara. What can I say ... it seems to enter a fairy tale ... lights, lanterns, pumpkins, dried and non-dried flowers, grandmother's shabby cupboards, backsplash with ceramics, woods stolen from time ... ah ... they also make a pizza that ... wow, small, Neapolitan style, with a fat cornice, soft, well cooked but not burnt, super stuffed, very good AND super digestible. Too bad I'm from Bologna ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzeria eccellente. Il pizzaiolo e la sua collega sono semplicemente eccezionali. Si sente l'amore in ogni ingrediente che viene utilizzato per fare la pizza. Ho mangiato tante pizze in tanti posti diversi e mai mi sarei aspettata di trovarne una così tanto valida in un paesino come Quartesana.
Se volete un ottima pizza condita da persone squisite l'avete trovato.
Amano il proprio lavoro e lo si sente nella pizza.
PS: grazie dei mini-miele e dei mini-panettoni insieme alla pizza sotto Natale. Sono queste piccole cose che rendono il vostro operato grandioso.
Excellent pizzeria. The pizza chef and his colleague are simply exceptional. You feel the love in every ingredient that is used to make the pizza. I have eaten many pizzas in many different places and I never expected to find such a good one in a village like Quartesana.
If you want a great pizza topped by exquisite people you have found it.
They love their work and you can feel it in the pizza.
PS: thanks for the mini-honey and mini-panettone together with the pizza under Christmas. It is these little things that make your work great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale si presenta come una pizzeria da asporto con qualche tavolino fuori nel cortile posteriore.
I due ragazzi che ci lavorano sono molto cortesi. Essendo loro impegnatissimi nella preparazione delle pizze vi servirete praticamente da soli.
Dopo una decina di minuti dal nostro ordine sono arrivate le pizze…si sente immediatamente come l’impasto sia davvero leggero ottimamente lievitato e anche gli ingredienti siano un gradino superiore a quello che solitamente vengono utilizzati dalle pizzerie d’asporto. Unica piccola nota dolente la parte sotto della pizza che era molto annerita e lasciava in qualche punto un retrogusto amaro..mangiabile in ogni caso ma era una situazione da risolvere prima di far uscire il prodotto.
Consiglio in ogni caso anche perché i prezzi sono contenuti.

The two guys who work there are very courteous. As they are very busy preparing the pizzas you will serve yourself practically by yourself.
After about ten minutes from our order, the pizzas arrived ... you immediately feel how the dough is really light and excellently leavened and also the ingredients are a step higher than what is usually used by take-away pizzerias. The only small sore point was the underside of the pizza which was very black and at some point left a bitter aftertaste .. edible in any case but it was a situation to be solved before releasing the product.
I recommend in any case also because the prices are low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You might not expect much from a pizzeria on a little village near Ferrara but you will be surprised by the high quality pizzas Luca and his wife bake in their wood-fired owen, accompanied by a good choice of beer and local wine. And if U eat it there, rather than taking it away, U will be delighted by a sophisticated sound track, as the owner is a music connesseur. It is worth the trip.
