Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla qualità delle cose ordinate , la gentilezza del servizio telefonico e dalla precisione di consegna (alle 20:58 come fissato per le 21:00... orologi svizzeri)! ?? I ordered 1 pizza and 1 schiacciata for the first time tonight. t	toky bo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ è sempre spiacevole lasciare una recensione negativa, anche perché il personale è stato gentile e ha provato a risolvere il problema. purtroppo però le pizze ordinate (come si può vedere nelle foto) sono arrivate bruciate. chiamata la pizzeria, la persona che ha risposto ha subito offerto di farle rifare e consegnarle subito. ho apprezzato molto la risposta, però purtroppo anche la nuova consegna aveva lo stesso problema, anche se un po’ di pizza siamo riusciti a mangiarla. le altre recensioni sono in generale positive, quindi non so cosa sia andato storto a noi: ma sicuramente due consegne di cui la seconda per risolvere il problema entrambe andate male non invitano a riprovare. it's always unfortunate to leave a bad review, not least because the staff were nice and tried to fix it. Farcitura della pizza completamente cruda (patatine fritte) e pizze molto più che ‘ben cotte’. Pagamento a dir poco imbarazzante, in quanto il fattorino si è presentato senza scontrino e facendo pagare più dell’importo dovuto. Consiglio alla pizzeria di essere più onesti, precisi e puntuali. Mai più. I do not recommend absolutely, two pizzas arrive with TWO HOURS DELAY (order as soon as possible, made at 19.00). Completely raw pizza filling (fries) and pizzas much more than 'well done'. An embarrassing payment, to say the least, as the bellboy showed up without a receipt and charged more than the amount due. I advise the pizzeria to be more honest, precise and punctual. Never again.
