Bisogna però essere un pò pazienti per il servizio anche se c'è da dire che si sono dati da fare pur essendo in pochi. Good pizza. We will come back to taste the cuisine! F	Federico Favaron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante in un luogo scomodo da raggiungere perché situato in montagna e bisogna fare una stradina piena di curve. Il posto è comunque molto bello sia fuori, per il panorama, che dentro, per l'arredamento rustico. Inoltre il menù di Natale ci ha sorpreso. Antipasti: ostriche e culatello. Primo: linguine all'astice (vedi foto) buonissime. Dolce: panettone e un dolce speciale con il panettone inzuppato con crema e torrone (vedi foto). Restaurant in an awkward place to reach because it is located in the mountains and you have to make a small road full of curves. The place is still very nice both outside, for the view, and inside, for the rustic furnishings. Furthermore, the Christmas menu surprised us. Appetizers: oysters and culatello. First: linguine with lobster (see photo) very good. Dessert: panettone and a special cake with panettone soaked in cream and nougat (see photo).

Pesce freschissimo, saute` di cozze sublime come la piovra, tagliatelle ai gamberi e zucchine top. E anche i monti messi a tacere con gnocchi ai funghi deliziosi. Il tutto accompagnato da 2 diversi ortrughi, dolci e caffè. Ogni portata cucinata al momento, nulla di pronto, quindi la giusta attesa per gustare con più passione ogni portata. Complimenti di cuore al proprietario, una vera oasi di ottima cucina immersa nel verde delle campagne. Ritorneremo ancora, ancora, ancora... Fairytale surprise?: eating fish in the Parma hills better than in any riverside restaurant. Fresh fish, saute` of sublime mussels such as octopus, shrimp noodles and top courgettes. And also the mountains silenced with delicious mushroom dumplings. All accompanied by 2 different vegetables, desserts and coffee. Each course cooked at the moment, nothing ready, so the right wait to taste each course with more passion. Congratulations to the owner, a true oasis of excellent cuisine surrounded by green countryside. We will come back again, again, again ...
P	Paolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato con la famiglia a provare questa pizzeria/ristorante spinto dai consigli dei paesani di zona. C’è da dire solo: eccellenza e semplicità. Gusto casereccio si, ma preparato con abilità e perizia non comuni. Ho provato i buonissimi salumi (e vista la zona vanno assaggiati) passando per tagliatelle ai funghi ( sempre del posto) il cui sapore combinato alla pasta porosa era sia selvaggio che delicato. Eccezionale il filetto al pepe verde per materia prima e profumata preparazione. Tutti i tipi di carne provati erano veramente gustosi. Per non parlare della zuppa di pesce. Trovare tra queste valli dell’ottimo pesce preparato al momento è stata una bella sorpresa. Il titolare e cuoco è abile e molto disponibile a preparare, come il cliente preferisce, quello che ha di più buono in casa. Difficile rimanere delusi. Ho gustato tutto con dell’ottimo Gutturnio locale che si è abbinato bene ad ogni piatto. E ho terminato con il loro tiramisù fatto in casa (provatelo, ha una cremositá spettacolare). Mi mancano le pizze. Che dicono essere molto buone. Le proverò la prossima volta. Buon appetito. ? I went with my family to try this pizzeria / restaurant driven by the advice of the villagers of the area. There is only to say: excellence and simplicity. Homemade taste yes, but prepared with uncommon skill and expertise. I tried the delicious cold cuts (and given the area they should be tasted) passing through tagliatelle with mushrooms (always local) whose flavor combined with the porous pasta was both wild and delicate. The fillet with green pepper is exceptional for its raw material and fragrant preparation. All the types of meat tried were really tasty. Not to mention the fish soup. Finding excellent freshly prepared fish among these valleys was a nice surprise. The owner and cook is skilled and very willing to prepare, as the customer prefers, what is best at home. It's hard to be disappointed. I tasted everything with the excellent local Gutturnio that went well with every dish. And I finished with their homemade tiramisu (try it, it has a spectacular creaminess). I miss the pizzas. Which they say are very good. I'll try them next time. Enjoy your meal. ?

Personale cordiale e prezzi in linea con la qualità del cibo. Consigliatissimo My friends and I came for lunch for the first time a few days ago and will definitely be back. Delicious cuisine and very nice location. Friendly staff and prices in line with the quality of the food. Highly recommended

Consigliati spaghetti allo scoglio, vongole o con l 'astice. Meravigliosa la zuppa inglese. Excellent cuisine thanks to the talented chef Renato, a simple and pleasant environment, a must for anyone passing by Bore. We recommend spaghetti with seafood, clams or with lobster. The trifle is wonderful.
