Pizza is probably good. ....... pity that after twenty five minutes of waiting I hear the answer that I have to wait another fifteen minutes. ......what a disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima pizza , a noi è piaciuta sopratutto la scrocchiarella, la pizza si può mangiare anche in loco nel locale fronte alla pizzeria , personale gentile e disponibile sopratutto il piazzaiolo Luigino?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono estremamente dispiaciuto nel dover dare solo 3 stelle perché la scrocchiarella presa sabato sera scorso era bruciacchiata all'esterno e con l'impasto interno completamente crudo... digerire è stato un'impresa titanica.
Inoltre ho notato una differenza molto alta fra la scrocchiarella (marchio ufficiale Italmill) che sforna un mio amico pizzaiolo e questa, poco lievitata e poco diversa dalla pizza tradizionale.
I am extremely sorry to have to give only 3 stars because the scrocchiarella taken last Saturday night was charred on the outside and with the inside completely raw ... digesting was a titanic undertaking.
I also noticed a very high difference between the scrocchiarella (official Italmill brand) that a pizza maker friend of mine bakes and this, slightly leavened and not very different from traditional pizza.
