La prima volta ho mangiato la burrata, la seconda la pizza denominata Viola, buonissime entrambi, fatte con prodotti di eccellente qualità. Una pizza per intenditori, per chi ama il buono. In zona è l'unico posto che mi ha deliziato. Ho assaggiato due dolci, il cannolo cilentano e la pastorella, strepitosi davvero. Entrambi i dolci fatti con una sfoglia leggera e croccante fantastica, che dire della crema, un velluto, ottimi davvero. Ottime le birre. È una pizza cilentana, pertanto gusto e consistenza sono quelli della cucina locale, e si distinguono anche per la ricerca degli accostamenti dei prodotti tipici locali. Con mio piacere sul menù, sono indicate le aziende agricole da cui acquistano i prodotti,e nulla è trascurato. Ho mangiato dolci eccellentemente fatti in casa da Giovanna, squisitamente delicati, e gradevoli dopo una pizza...e non manca la cordialità e la gentile simpatia di Francesco che ci ha accompagnato per le nostre scelte della serata. Location immersa nella pace del Cilento, staff fantastico sia nella velocità che nella cortesia e simpatia, cibo buonissimo, dai salumi locali alle pizze, elaborate e ma tutte accumunate da un gusto eccezionale. Quando tornerò in Cilento sarà una tappa fissa. Wonderful evening, everything perfect. Le pizze sono "a km 0", che uniscono con fantasia prodotti cilentani doc originando un gusto davvero squisito! Anche prendendo pizze che potrebbero sembrare non digeribili (es: la esagggerata, con burrata di gorgonzola) si lasciano mangiare senza problemi e senza avere ripercussioni il giorno dopo. Straconsigliato!! Kind and friendly staff, attentive and in line with the rules dictated by the COVID emergency. The seats are both outside in the garden of the restaurant and inside. The pizzas are "0 km", which imaginatively combine Cilento doc products, creating a truly exquisite taste! Siamo arrivati verso le 20:00, il locale non era pienissimo. La ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata molto simpatica e cordiale. Abbiamo ordinato una frittatina cilentana a testa e un ricco antipasto a centrotavola composto da affettati ricotta e formaggio, tutto ottimo! L'offerta delle pizze è veramente ampia, tutte quelle che abbiamo ordinato erano tra le migliori mangiate in questa zona! Il conto non è stato per niente salato, rispetto alla media. We arrived around 20:00, the place was not very full. The girl who greeted us was very nice and friendly. We ordered a Cilento omelette each and a rich centerpiece appetizer consisting of ricotta and cheese cold cuts, all excellent! The range of pizzas is really wide, all the ones we ordered were among the best eaten in this area! The bill wasn't salty at all, compared to average. I will definitely be back!

In questa pizzeria fanno impasti utilizzando farina 1 e lievitati per 48 ore rendendo la pizza davvero leggera. Anche gli ingredienti utilizzati sono davvero ottimi. Oltre alle pizze classiche, il menu propone pizze con ingredienti e sughi tipici della zona, davvero molto particolare. Consiglio di provare come antipasto le fritture, ma sappiate che una porzione basta per due persone. Questa pizzeria merita le cinque stelle anche per l’educazione e la disponibilità dei camerieri.
