Nonostante la pessima esperienza che racconto di seguito, mi accorgo che gli ingredienti sono buoni e i prezzi concorrenziali. Ho ordinato una 4 formaggi, gli ingredienti erano scritti sul menù affisso in pizzeria: mozzarella, parmigiano, gorgonzola e fontina. La pizza che mi è stata venduta era tutto meno che la 4 formaggi descritta. Sopra questa infatti c'era palesemente la ricotta, come da foto allegata. Chiedo gentilmente spiegazioni visto che non riesco a mangiare più di metà pizza vista la quantità di ricotta presente. Mi viene risposto che quello è invece mascarpone; ribatto che anche se fosse mascarpone non era presente negli ingredienti della pizza richiesta. All'ennesima scusa tocca rassegnarmi, non c'è nulla da fare. This trader does not have the Pos. To the umpteenth excuse it is up to me to resign myself, there is nothing to do.

I prezzi della birra sono assurdi per quello che dovrebbero costare, i pezzi di pizza riscaldati poco che una volta freddati non possono riscaldartelo nuovamente, la pulizia del locale e del bagno lascia un po' a desiderare. B	Barbara Aschieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza a taglio ripiena mi è piaciuta molto più di tutte le altre assaggiate a Follonica e per quella forse 4 stelle sono poche. Le pizze rotonde sono molto buone con un impasto sfogliato assai diverso sia dalle classiche napoletane, sia dalle pinse, sia dalle croccanti classiche. Sono ben condite e saporite. Buoni gli ingredienti, gentilissimi i proprietari che, nonostante l'ora di chiusura ci hanno tagliato le pizze a spicchi e hanno reso la nostra permanenza nel locale il più comoda possibile. Hanno chiuso la porta di ingresso per garantire maggior calore all'interno (pur sapendo che la porta aperta attira più clienti), hanno chiuso la porta dei servizi e sono stati sanificati anche i contenitori della differenziata. Si nota che sono molto attenti alla pulizia. Forse dall'esterno non si percepisce immediatamente il valore di questa pizzeria che sembra godere di una clientela locale fedelissima. Questo esercizio è presente a Follonica già dal 1965 quando su quell'angolo c'era un semaforo e questa pizzeria era un riferimento per tutti quelli che poi proseguivano per Punta Ala dove ancora c'era il deserto. Non vedo l'ora di tornare. I liked the stuffed pizza much more than all the others I tasted in Follonica and for that perhaps 4 stars are few. The round pizzas are very good with a puffed dough very different from both the Neapolitan classics, both the pinse and the classic crunchy ones. They are well seasoned and flavorful. Good ingredients, very kind owners who, despite the closing time, cut our pizzas into wedges and made our stay in the restaurant as comfortable as possible. They closed the entrance door to ensure greater heat inside (even though they knew that the open door attracts more customers), they closed the service door and the separate waste containers were also sanitized. It is noted that they are very careful about cleanliness. Perhaps from the outside the value of this pizzeria is not immediately perceived, which seems to enjoy a very loyal local clientele. This exercise has been present in Follonica since 1965 when there was a traffic light on that corner and this pizzeria was a reference for all those who then continued to Punta Ala where there was still the desert. I can not wait to come back.
