I	Immacolata Pannecchia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono dispiaciuta di questa recensione e poche volte arrivo ad esprimere la mia opinione in questi termini ma questo posto non merita riguardo ed ho avuto una cattiva esperienza. Servizio: Camerieri disorientati e poco corretti nell’informativa: avevamo chiesto quali birre classiche fossero disponibili (specificando Heineken, Peroni… ) e non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. Il signore ci ha quasi forzato come unica scelta una birra alla spina media (quando poi volevamo una piccola). In cucina e al forno, tutti o quasi senza mascherina. I pochi che la indossavano la toglievano in continuazione per parlare tra di loro. Ciliegina sulla torta: Alzatami per andare a pagare alla cassa, attendo diversi minuti per essere considerata. Mi è stato poi chiesto in modo meccanico come fosse andata la serata senza neanche poi ascoltare la mia risposta. Io ho infatti detto “male, la qualità è caduta proprio” e la sua risposta è stata: “ah ok, sono 20euro!”. Che senso ha avuto pormi la domanda se non c’è poi stato alcun interesse da parte sua? Poco professionali. Qualità: Gli impasti e gli ingredienti erano di bassa qualità, non come ricordava essere stati in passato. Abbiamo comunque mangiato perché odio buttare il cibo, non lo tollero. Ovviamente, impiegherò ore per digerirla. I am sorry for this review and few times I come to express my opinion in these terms but this place does not deserve respect and I had a bad experience. Service: Bewildered and incorrectly informed waiters: we asked which classic beers were available (specifying Heineken, Peroni ...) and we did not receive an answer. The gentleman almost forced us to have a medium draft beer as our only choice (when we then wanted a small one). In the kitchen and in the oven, all or almost without a mask. The few who wore it took it off all the time to talk to each other. Icing on the cake: Get up to pay at the cashier, I wait several minutes to be considered. I was then mechanically asked how the evening went without even hearing my answer. In fact, I said "badly, the quality just fell" and his response was: "ah ok, it's 20euro!". Quality: The doughs and ingredients were of low quality, not as he remembered having been in the past. We ate anyway because I hate throwing away food, I don't tolerate it. Al primo piano c’è anche un terrazzo coperto dove poter mangiare. Il personale è stato molto disponibile, professionale, gentile e soprattutto molto veloce (non finivamo di mangiare che già sparecchiavano, questo comportamento da’ l’impressione che ti vogliamo mandare via al più presto). Crocche’ e frittatine ottimi. Le pizze si possono avere con diversi tipi di impasto, sono buone e fatte con prodotti di qualità . Vi consiglio la pizza fritta (ripieno) u’tianiell è ottima. Unica pecca, il parcheggio delle auto. Lo consiglio e ci ritornerò per provare altre specialità I We went, last Friday with friends, to this location on the recommendation of other acquaintances. Sono tutti molto gentili; ll proprietario ci ha anche raccontato come ha aumentato i coperti nel locale spiegandoci di aver creato altre sale al piano superiore. Le pizze sono buonissime. DA PROVARE!
