La pizza è LEGGERISSIMA, come nessuna altra pizzeria secondo me..riesco sempre a finirla tutta..massima digeribilità!! Le pizze su carta sono varie dalla classica margherita a quelle più particolari. Andate e provatela perché a parole non sispiega si deve provare ?. E la fine ho avuto anche il piacere di conoscere anche il proprietario che e una persona spettacolare, sempre gentile e cortese complimenti per il lavoro svolto e contiuate sempre cosi ? g	giuliano Brolli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che questa pizzeria professa la preparazione di pizza alla pala romana, ed io da buon romano non potevo che venire a provare se a Catanzaro potesse esistere qualcuno in grado di replicare la "nostra" inimitabile pizza. Posso solo dire di essere rimasto sbalordito dall'elevata qualità del prodotto offerto. La pizza a noi proposta in vari gusti oltre ad una magistrale lievitazione, risultava soffice ed estremamente croccante, farcita con prodotti del territorio di altissima qualità. Ho assaporato addirittura la pizza con le "puntarelle" una verdura tipica laziale che oramai si stenta a trovare anche a Roma. L'amore di questi ragazzi per l'arte bianca si percepisce in ogni sfumatura delle loro creazioni, partendo già all'entrata della pizzeria quando con devozione vengono descritti i vari tipi di pizza offerti. Che altro dire se non...CONTINUATE COSI'!!!
