★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passandoci davanti praticamente ogni mattina, ho notato in prima persona la selezione certosina degli ingredienti, tutti rigorosamente "bio", fatta dal team. L'impasto è gradevole ed equilibrato, la location è molto suggestiva e il Personale si segnala per accoglienza e simpatia.

Il proprietario è sempre disponibile e cordiale, il personale è attento e gentile, sempre pronto a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. D'estate i tavoli sono anche all'aperto e si sta benissimo, si assapora la magia del borgo. È possibile godere del fresco della collina. Consiglio la pizza con la borragine, una specialità. I prezzi sono adeguati. La pizza è sottile e croccante, molto digeribile. Consigliato.
