Dopo 1h non sono ancora arrivate, chiamiamo per chiarimenti e ci posticipano di altri 10 minuti... Sono passati altri 15 minuti e non sono arrivate.
Pessimo servizio per una pizza non al top
We order 4 pizzas by 7pm and they tell us: 20 minutes and they are ready.
After 1h they have not yet arrived, we call for clarification and they delay us for another 10 minutes ... Another 15 minutes have passed and they have not arrived.
Bad service for a not top pizza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non si possano mettere zero stelle,pessimi in tutto,ordino su just eat tutto ok confermo ordine,non mi arriva nessuna notifica allora decido di chiamare,mi risponde un signore dicendomi che la consegna era già in arrivo senza nemmeno farmi spiegare chi fossi,dopo 2 minuti mi arriva una mail è un sms con scritto che il mio ordine è stato annullato,allora richiamo la pizzeria e nessuno risponde per ben 4 volte.morale della favola?
Diamo il pane a chi ha i denti,siamo rimasti senza mangiare fino alle 22.30.
Zuppa di latte e a nanna grazie mille ??
Too bad you can not put zero stars, bad in everything, I order on just eat everything ok I confirm the order, no notification arrives then I decide to call, a gentleman answers me telling me that the delivery was already on the way without even making me explain who I was, after 2 minutes I get an email and a text message saying that my order has been canceled, then I call the pizzeria and no one replies 4 times.
We give bread to those with teeth, we went without eating until 10.30pm.
Milk soup and to bed thanks a lot ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La puntualità non è mai stato il loro forte, ma ho sempre tollerato, stavolta però....richiedo la consegna per le ore 20 mi viene spostata alle 20:30, alle 20:50 chiamo per avere informazioni mi risponde prima una persona che mi dice stanno entrando in forno adesso, alla mia lamentela, mi passa un altra persona presumo il titolare a cui manifesto le mie lamentele, mi viene risposto in modo sgarbato concludendo senta Just Eat e mette giù la chiamata.
Ero intenzionato a rimandare indietro l'ordine quando alle ore 21:10 sono arrivate le pizze ordinate, visto che questo sarà il mio ultimo ordine di questa struttura l'ho accettato. Avete perso un cliente !!

As always, excellent price / quality plus the timing is perfect! There are lots of pizzas to choose from plus the staff is very kind and satisfies you in your requests. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordino qui da 1 anno attraverso just eat e non ho mai avuto problemi, se non al massimo 10 minuti di ritardo ma oggi alle 21:20 faccio l’ordine di due pizze, just eat mi annulla l’ordine quindi decido di chiamare e chiedere il motivo, mi viene detto che è perché alle 22:30 il rider non consegna ma mi viene anche detto che mi arriverà comunque alle 22:30. sto ancora aspettando e sono le 23:17, la pizzeria ha chiuso alle 23 e giá alle 22:46 nessuno risponde.
DELUSA È DIRE POCO.
I have been ordering here for 1 year through just eat and I have never had any problems, if not at most 10 minutes late but today at 21:20 I order two pizzas, just eat cancels my order so I decide to call and ask the reason, I am told that it is because at 10:30 pm the rider does not deliver but I am also told that he will arrive anyway at 10:30 pm. I'm still waiting and it's 11:17 pm, the pizzeria closed at 11 pm and already at 10:46 pm no one answers.
