L'intolleranza al glutine è un problema serio e questa pizzeria, pur offrendo pizze senza glutine, non ne ha consapevolezza. The place is nice and the waitresses are nice but unfortunately they don't know what celiac disease is: I ordered a gluten-free pizza with grilled vegetables and on the vegetables there was breadcrumbs with gluten. Gluten intolerance is a serious problem and this pizzeria, while offering gluten-free pizzas, is not aware of it.

Pizza leggerissima con bordi alti e croccanti, maturazione della stessa 96 ore …… incredibilmente digeribile e sana, tutto ottimo servito dal personale gentile e paziente come del resto il titolare, il Sig. Vito che dire consigliatissimo! Fabulous pizzeria where you can enjoy a lot of rotisserie and especially the Pizza. Ritengo che avrebbero dovuto evitare di consegnare pizze bruciate, avrei preferito aspettare 10 minuti nel frattempo che le rifacessero, e magari diventare un loro cliente. La pizza buonissima, mai mangiata così buona: è molto leggera, si sente che ha molte ore di lievitazione, infatti morbidissima anche la crosta (e soprattutto alta). Abbiamo preso 4 pizze piccole e abbiamo pagato circa 25 euro, è un po' caro ma per la qualità direi che è accettabile. Tuttavia, le pizze non erano tagliate, non so se per scelta o per sbaglio. Ci ritornerò. Un'altra pecca: l'applicazione per la consegna a domicilio ha parecchi problemi. Consiglierei alla pizzeria di aggiungere nel select degli ingredienti della pizza più cose, o campi fissi o un campo variabile in cui scrivere con un costo fisso per ingrediente. In aggiunta, i pulsanti di contatto non funzionano e poi non indica un orario di arrivo della pizza in fase pre-prenotazione (per cui avrei paura ad ordinarla perché non saprei quando arriva).
