Sarebbero dovute arrivare alle 21.40 circa ma sono invece arrivate alle 22.20(so che è sabato ma se viene dato un orario, è corretto che venga rispettato). Ma adesso passiamo alla parte peggiore. Fare una pessima pizza alla Nutella è difficile ma evidentemente non impossibile. Le pizze sono arrivate in uno stato pietoso, completamente distrutte e in pezzi. Verso la parte centrale erano carbonizzate ed è stato aggiunto del cocco (ovviamente non richiesto) al quale io sono allergico.Sulla Nutella erano presenti delle strane macchioline bianche ed è stata tagliata senza che nessuno lo richiedesse(ma di questo poco importa) Abbiamo chiamato in pizzeria e alle nostre rimostranze ci è stato detto che fosse tutto normale e che non potevano farci niente. Ovviamente pizze e soldi buttati. Non la consiglio assolutamente. I ordered two Nutella pizzas at 8.40 pm on Saturday evening. They should have arrived at about 9.40 pm but instead arrived at 10.20 pm (I know it is Saturday but if a time is given, it is correct that it is respected). But now let's move on to the worst part. Making a bad Nutella pizza is difficult but obviously not impossible. The pizzas arrived in a pitiful state, completely destroyed and in pieces. Towards the central part they were charred and coconut (obviously not required) to which I am allergic was added. On Nutella there were strange white specks and it was cut without anyone requesting it (but this does not matter) We called in pizzeria and to our complaints we were told that everything was normal and that there was nothing they could do about it. Obviously pizzas and money thrown away. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Alle 20.45 ancora niente mi dirigo al locale per chiedere spiegazioni e vedo che è pieno di gente fuori che aspetta. Mentre parlo con la signora educata alla cassa esce dalla cucina probabilmente il Lava piatti a inveire urlando sul fatto che chi viene a prendere la pizza di persona ha la precedenza. Gli faccio notare che basta essere onesti sull'orario di attesa quando lui urlando ancora più forte che non è questione di onestà. Inoltre come si vede in foto le zucchine sono bruciate. Insomma se volete la pizza da loro andate di persona perché se chiamate da casa vi lasciano in fondi I order pizza at home at 7.45pm. they tell me they will arrive as soon as possible. Ho chiamato per sincerarmi che non vi fossero intoppi sulla consegna, visto il maltempo, e ho ricevuto rassicurazioni a riguardo. Alle 21.30, dato che la pizza non era ancora arrivata, ho provato a chiamare il locale che ha ben deciso di staccare il telefono per tutta la serata. Alle 23.45 ricevo una chiamata da un cellulare sconosciuto e stacco la chiamata essendo già a letto; richiama altre due volte cosi decido di rispondere: era il titolare della pizzeria che mi chiedeva se potesse consegnare la pizza. Tutto ciò, dopo una sua totale irreperibilità e dopo una recensione negativa che ho lasciato su just eat che mi ha furbamente fatto eliminare chiedendomi di cancellare l'ordine. Non chiedo molto però almeno il tatto, dopo l'inconveniente, di non chiamare a mezzanotte o di chiedere semplicemente di cancellare la recensione scusandosi per l'accaduto, quello si, lo pretendo. I ordered a pizza at 7pm with a scheduled time of 9pm which was immediately accepted by the pizzeria. I called to make sure that there were no hitches on the delivery, given the bad weather, and I received reassurances about it. At 9.30 pm, since the pizza had not yet arrived, I tried to call the place who decided to unplug the phone for the whole evening. At 11.45 pm I receive a call from an unknown mobile phone and I disconnect the call being already in bed; calls back two more times so I decide to answer: it was the owner of the pizzeria who asked me if he could deliver the pizza. All this, after its total unavailability and after a negative review that I left on just eat that cleverly made me delete it by asking me to cancel the order. I do not ask for much, however, at least the tact, after the inconvenience, not to call at midnight or to simply ask to cancel the review apologizing for what happened, that yes, I expect it.

Telefono e mi danno informazioni inutili sul rider che non è venuto per i cavoli suoi. Intanto, alla domanda a che ora arrivate allora, mi dicono che non lo sanno. Primo orario scelto 20:00, lo spostano alle 20:30 e non dicono niente, ora sono le 20:54 e ancora non si sa nulla. Statene lontani The pizza is not bad but the order management is bad. Order done but zero punctuality. I phone and they give me useless information about the rider who didn't come for his own sake. Meanwhile, when asked what time you arrive then, they tell me they don't know. First time chosen 20:00, they move it to 20:30 and say nothing, now it is 20:54 and still nothing is known. Stay away

Normal waiting times considering that pizza is prepared upon ordering and there might be some peak times, but good organisation. Other nice local food.
