C'era molta fila, moltissimi - me compreso - avevano telefonato e prenotato il cibo. Una signora entra e confabula qualcosa con la barista "ho telefonato non farmi aspettare": Quando eravamo rimasti solo due in coda, dopo aver fatto la fila, ci si chiede "a chi tocca" , il signore prima di me si fa avanti e viene totalmente ignorato, la barista va subito dall'altra signora facendo finta di nulla, abbiamo protestato e la signora ha detto "ma io ho telefonato". Anche noi avevamo prenotato ed erano 15 minuti che aspettavamo. Lo abbiamo fatto notare e la barista ci ha totalmente ignorati. Ha continuato a servire e anche dopo, quando ho detto che mi è dispiaciuto di questo comportamento, si è limitata a sorridermi come per dire "faccio quello che voglio". Mi dispiace molto, ripeto ero un cliente affezionato, ma la correttezza viene prima di tutto. The pastas and pastries are excellent, even the savory part but my rating would have been 5 stars if it hadn't been for the incorrectness during the service. There was a lot of queue, so many - myself included - had phoned and booked food. A lady enters and confabulates something with the bartender "I phoned do not make me wait": When there were only two left in the queue, after having queued, one wonders "whose turn it is", the gentleman before me comes forward and comes totally ignored, the bartender immediately goes to the other lady pretending nothing, we protested and the lady said "but I called". We too had booked and had been waiting for 15 minutes. We pointed this out and the bartender totally ignored us. She continued to serve and even later, when I said I was sorry for this behavior, she just smiled at me as if to say "I do what I want". I'm very sorry, I repeat I was a loyal customer, but fairness comes first.
