★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to eat authentic pizzas. Enjoyed the meal with pizza and pasta too. To end it with the sweet that is traditionally made ended the meal with a smile. Recommend for all visiting this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I often go to this pizzeria with my colleagues and friends. Usually buffalo mozzarella pizzas are special here. Last time I ordered Diavola though, slightly spicy one, I also asked for the sott-olio, literally underoil but actually pepper under oil, adding a little of this fire to already amazing pizzas make it even better..?anyway, as usual, it was perfect. There’s another reason why this place is special, their pizzas are slightly smaller in diameter, like 20% smaller than a normal Neapolitan pizza, that's why it’s perfect, because otherwise it’s too much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cafasso is a very cozy, long time running, traditional restaurant and (most importantly) pizzeria. For some aspects and then general atmosphere, make it took like the place is stuck in the 90s (like a lot of pizza restaurants in Napoli). The dishes and pizzas they serve is mostly traditional and loyal to the original recipes, and yet, especially with pizzas, it is possible to find more extravagant options.
Finally talking about their pizza, they're top notch and could easily compete with some other well know pizzas makers in Napoli: their dough is very fresh, the wood oven they cook them is cleaned regularly, and the rest of the ingredients and toppings are fresh.
This is a small gem, (not so) hidden in a relatively big neighborhood, yet if you are hungry and find yourself close to Cafasso, paying them a visit is something you'll hardly regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional neapolitan pizzeria in a populous working class neibourghood fuorigrotta about 15 minutes bus trip from the waterfront area, no frills and absolutely state of the art pizzas. Unbelievably good priced for anyone not used to this city
