Il figlio, che aveva un proprio esercizio, é subentrato nella gestione del locale paterno, dopo una parentesi rivelatasi negativa.
Pizza fatta secondo la tradizione romana piuttosto bassa e croccante, molto apprezzata e richiesta.dai locali.
Trovo che il punto di forza.sia comunque " il crostino", .una focaccia.farcita di prociutto e mozzarella veramente eccellente.
Ottimi gli ingredienti utilizzati.
Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

The son, who had his own business, took over the management of the paternal premises, after a parenthesis that turned out to be negative.
Pizza made according to the Roman tradition rather low and crunchy, much appreciated and requested by the locals.
I find that the strong point, however, is "the crostino", a focaccia.farcita of really excellent prociutto and mozzarella.
Excellent ingredients used.
Excellent quality-price relation.

Stasera dopo diversi anni sono tornata da loro per un pó di pizza, entrando ho scoperto più che nn fanno pizza al taglio ma solo tonde ed il crostino, che li ha resi famosi per il paese. Che dire, le pizze tonde durissime la focaccia una pietra il crostino accettabile. Veramente delusa soprattutto paraginado il prodotto di stasera al ricordo della loro pizza. Bocciati!
A memory of a pizza that no longer exists. Tonight after several years I returned to them for some pizza, entering I discovered more that they do not make pizza by the slice but only round and crostino, which made them famous for the country. What can I say, the very hard round pizzas the focaccia a stone the acceptable crostino. Really disappointed especially comparing the product tonight to the memory of their pizza. Fail!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle pizzerie storiche di Monterotondo dove la qualità dei prodotti, e l'esperienza di Riccardo e del padre nel fare la pizza, la fanno da padrone.. Personale gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio esterno soprattutto tavoli esterni e interni dove poter gustare la loro pizza buonissima. Ottimi anche i supplì. Consegna a domicilio puntuale e precisi. Bravi!!.
One of the historic pizzerias of Monterotondo where the quality of the products, and the experience of Riccardo and his father in making pizza, are the masters .. Friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor parking especially outdoor and indoor tables where you can enjoy their delicious pizza. The supplì are also excellent. Punctual and accurate home delivery. Well done !!.
