★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza del tipo "scrocchiarella romana" davvero eccellente. Impasto bianco, integrale o ai cereali in tutti i casi leggerissimo e digeribile. Grande varietà di gusti. Buoni anche i rustici. Personale gentile e cordiale. Solo da asporto. Sempre affollato, conviene ordinare prima soprattutto il sabato sera.
 Really excellent "scrocchiarella romana" pizza. White, wholemeal or cereal dough in all cases very light and digestible. Great variety of flavors. Rustics are also good. Polite and friendly staff. Takeaway only. Always crowded, it is better to order first, especially on Saturday evening.

I posti a sedere sono pochissimi (6 o 7). Prezzi convenienti. Rapporto qualità prezzo insuperabile. Personale gentile e professionale. Complimenti a tutto lo staff e in particolare al pizzaiolo.
Pizza alla pala, more exactly I would speak of Roman pinsa; excellent, light and crunchy dough; well seasoned and possibly integrated with other ingredients, such as buffalo mozzarella, speck, etc. There are very few seats (6 or 7).
