Peccato pizza buona ma le prossime volte vado mi indirizzo da un altra parte perché prima di consegnare ordine al rider io controllerei dato che il cliente paga subito l ordine ! I can't give the maximum unfortunately. Order today with app I like. A little boy comes and tells me he forgot his drink. Too bad pizza good but the next time I go I go somewhere else because before delivering the order to the rider I would check since the customer pays the order immediately!

Nonostante venga richiesto il numero di telefono al momento dell’ordine, nessuno avvisa e le pizze arrivano con anche 1 ora di ritardo (e fredde). Pizza okay, but delays continue. Although the phone number is requested at the time of ordering, no one warns and the pizzas arrive even 1 hour late (and cold).

La prima volta le pizze sono arrivate un'ora e mezza in ritardo, gelate (ho fatto reclamo su MiPiaace... mi ha riconosciuto ben 3 euro di buono...) La seconda volta tutto ok. La terza volta mancava una pizza, l'hanno portata con una consegna successiva ma la persona praticamente ha cenato per conto suo. Stasera ho ordinato 6 pizze, sono arrivate con solo una decina di minuti di ritardo, ma la mia era sbagliata: la "Fantasia" invece che la "Fantastica" (tutt'altri ingredienti). Non perdo neanche tempo a fare reclamo. A scrivere la recensione sì però. Tre disservizi su quattro = mai più. I have placed 4 orders in the last 5-6 months, through MiPiaace. The first time the pizzas arrived an hour and a half late, frozen (I made a complaint on MiPiaace ... he recognized me as good as 3 euros ...) The second time everything was ok. The third time a pizza was missing, they brought it with a later delivery but the person practically ate dinner on his own. Tonight I ordered 6 pizzas, they arrived only about ten minutes late, but mine was wrong: the "Fantasia" instead of the "Fantastica" (completely different ingredients). I don't even waste time making a complaint. To write the review yes though. Three out of four inefficiencies = never again.

Con consegna a domicilio sempre in super orario e pizze super bollenti quando viene il giovane ragazzo con gli occhiali. One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, owner and courteous staff. With home delivery always overtime and super hot pizzas when the young boy with glasses comes.

Alle 21:15 non si è visto nessuno e allora ho chiamato. La risposta della ragazza è stata che avevano tante consegne e non sapeva darmi un orario indicativo di arrivo. Son dovuto andare alle 21:30 in un altra pizzeria e sinceramente mi son trovato molto meglio. Esperienza pessima e pessima figura con i miei ospiti! Mai più! I put a star because I can't put zero! I had guests tonight and ordered pizzas and sandwiches from them with delivery at 9pm. At 9.15pm no one showed up so I called. The girl's response was that they had a lot of deliveries and she didn't know how to give me an approximate time of arrival. I had to go to another pizzeria at 9:30 pm and honestly I found myself much better. Bad experience and bad impression with my guests! Never again!

Tempi di attesa lunghi... Ho chiamato per avere info e la signorina risponde che hanno ricevuto troppe prenotazioni, quindi saranno in ritardo... La pizza non è male... Il problema è che questi aneddoti non fidelizzano di certo il cliente, quindi... Mai più! I have to confirm what is written in the other reviews ... Unfortunately the time chosen in the app for delivery, does not correspond to the actual one ... Long waiting times ... I called for info and the young lady replies that they have received too many reservations, so they will be late ... The pizza is not bad ... The problem is that these anecdotes certainly do not retain the customer, so ... Never again!
