★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato alle 23e20 per ordinare due pinse e con molto garbo e simpatia, il proprietario mi ha invitato a sedermi anche se erano giá le 23e40 al mio arrivo. Le due pinse spettacolari, alte e digeribili con mezzo ruttino. Oggi la rimangerei anche se sono passate solo poche ore dalla cena di ieri.
 I called at 11.20pm to order two pintas and with great courtesy and sympathy, the owner invited me to sit down even though it was 11.40pm when I arrived. The two spectacular pinse, tall and digestible with half a burp. Today I would stay there even if only a few hours have passed since yesterday's dinner.

Piero is an exceptional person, super welcoming and helpful. We tried his pinsa for the first time and were delighted! absolutely recommended is the pinsa walnuts and cheeses, it is something spectacular, very light but at the same time super tasty! we were particularly impressed both by the beauty of the place and by the quality of the food but above all by the welcome of Piero and Erminia! we will always be back! thanks again Piero and Erminia ♥ ️

Buona l'accoglienza sopratutto per chi come me ha 3 cuccioli che portiamo sempre con noi e non è scontato che tutti ci accolgano a braccia aperte. Bella sorpresa aver trovato a menù sia il baccalà fritto in filetti, che adoro, e sia la pinsa. L'ho presa io e l'ha presa mia moglie, entrambe buonissime. Per me che adoro il tonno è stata una goduria, soprattutto perché ho assaporato una meravigliosa pinsa con tonno e cipolla caramellata. L'impasto è ottimo, la pinsa ben cotta e non bruciata, il suo sapore interno friabile come un biscotto. Veramente complimenti al pizzaiolo. Una cosa importantissima. Un raro locale che ha i coltelli che tagliano, al contrario degli innumerevoli locali che fanno tutto bene ma poi (va detto), ti danno i coltelli della casa di Barbie con i quali non si taglia nemmeno l'acqua. Se siete in zona prenotare. Ne vale veramente la pena.
