Impasto buonissimo, spessore giusto, ne troppo alta, ne fina e bordo scrocchiarello. Ottima davvero, digeribile e leggera.
Condimenti di buona qualità e abbondanti.
Ci ritornerò molto volentieri.
La metto sul podio insieme al Tripolino e al Columbia, come una delle migliori pizzerie forno a legna di Ladispoli. Le altre a forno elettrico, neanche le considero pizzerie dove mangiare una buona pizza.
Consiglio a tutti di provarla.

I put it on the podium together with Tripolino and Columbia, as one of the best wood oven pizzerias in Ladispoli. The others with electric oven, I don't even consider them pizzerias where to eat a good pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza buonissima,un po più alta di quella normale ma croccante anche nella parte centrale con l'impasto delizioso,la più buona della zona cerveteri/ladispoli. Consiglio la Margherita di bufala e i panzerotti eccezionali.
