★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Storica pizzeria di Sant'Egidio alla Vibrata. Locale piccolo e accogliente. Proprietaria gentile e accogliente. Ottima la pizza Gaetano che non trovate sul menù....bianca con funghi porcini, pomodoro a fette rucola e parmigiano. Impasto leggerissimo.
Historic pizzeria of Sant'Egidio alla Vibrata. Small and welcoming place. Kind and welcoming owner. Excellent Gaetano pizza that you cannot find on the menu .... white with porcini mushrooms, sliced tomato, rocket and parmesan. Very light dough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale si trova lungo la strada che collega Sant'Egidio alla Vibrata alle altre località dell'entroterra Teramano. Bisogna fare attenzione a notarla in quanto l'insegna non è grandissima ed è facilmente leggibile solo in prossimità della stessa. Il locale è piccolo e lo definirei "spartano" ma allo stesso tempo accogliente. Predominano i colori accesi. Ho cenato in questo posto per celebrare una laurea e devo dire che abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Vari antipasti derivanti direttamente da produttori locali (prosciutto, salame, salsiccia), due primi davvero interessanti, carne e fritti di ottimo livello. In tutti i piatti si sentiva una grande materia prima ed ottime lavorazioni. Castagne in chiusura anch'esse niente male. Tempi di attesa abbastanza buoni. Tutte le portate sono state abbondanti per la felicità di tanti. Insomma un locale che invito caldamente a visitare per tutti coloro che passeranno da queste parti.
The restaurant is located along the road that connects Sant'Egidio alla Vibrata to other towns in the Teramano hinterland. We must be careful to note it as the sign is not very large and is easily readable only near it. The restaurant is small and I would call it "spartan" but at the same time welcoming. Bright colors predominate. I had dinner in this place to celebrate a graduation and I must say that we ate very well. Various appetizers deriving directly from local producers (ham, salami, sausage), two really interesting first courses, excellent meat and fried dishes. In all the dishes there was a great raw material and excellent workmanship. Chestnuts in closing also not bad. Quite good waiting times. All courses have been abundant for the happiness of many. In short, a place that I warmly invite you to visit for all those who pass by here.
