★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo provato diverse pizzerie a Formigine e dintorni, ma mai una gioia. Stasera abbiamo cercato per l’ennesima volta un’altra pizzeria e vedendo le diverse recensioni positive, abbiamo provato anche questa. Pizza molto buona e soprattutto leggera. Forse l’unica piccola pecca è l’impasto molto saporito che tende ad esaltare maggiormente la sapidità se si farcisce con ingredienti già abbastanza salati.
 We have tried several pizzerias in Formigine and its surroundings, but never a joy. Tonight we looked for the umpteenth time for another pizzeria and seeing the various positive reviews, we tried this one too. Very good and above all light pizza. Perhaps the only small flaw is the very tasty dough which tends to enhance the flavor more if it is stuffed with ingredients that are already salty enough.

Oggi ho capito il perché...sicuramente una delle pizze migliori da me mangiate ingredienti freschi di qualità..ma ciò che fa veramente la differenza è l impasto super buono e leggero..in esso e trasmesso tutto il sapere e l'esperienza pluriennale del pizzaiolo sicuramente tempi di lievitazione elevati...la pizza e spessa carica di ingredienti ma ad alta digeribilità.. il locale e piccolo predilige più l asporto ma qualche posto a sedere e disponibile nella veranda frontale alla pizzeria....il personale è molto carino e qualificato pienamente soddisfatto complimenti..
And for years that I have heard of this pizzeria ... Today I understood why ... certainly one of the best pizzas I eat fresh quality ingredients ... but what really makes the difference is the super good and light dough ... it is transmitted all the knowledge and the many years of experience of the pizza maker certainly high leavening times ... the pizza is thickly loaded with ingredients but highly digestible .. the small place prefers takeaway more but some seats are available in the front porch to the pizzeria .... the staff is very nice and qualified fully satisfied compliments ..
