β β β β β One of the most famous pizzerias in Rome. We had to wait for more than an hour to be attended, there were a lot of people waiting, but it was worth it.
The waiters were a bit rude, but it was part of the experience.
Regarding the food, we ordered two pizzas: pizza Baffetto (tomato, mozzarella, mushrooms, egg, sausage green pepper, onion, artichokes), and pizza Bresaola, Rucola and Parmesan (tomato, mozzarella, dry beef, rucola, parmesan). They were tasty and thin, we really liked it.
If you visited Rome, I would recommemd you this restaurant.

β β β β β Delicious, perfect Roman pizza. Served on metal trays, with thin and crispy based topped with delicious ingredients . We had the melenzzane pizza, as well as one with bresaola, parmigiana, and rocket.
Service was prompt and courteous, pizza was perfect.

Not too filling because the pizza paste is so thin yet delicious. Would absolutely recommend.

β β β β β Typical Italian service, so nothing special. The food however, especially the Pizza, is amazing. Served on metal plates, it is one of the best Pizzas I've tried. Definitly won't get the same one anywhere else. Prices are very ok for Rome. Pizza is in the range of 9-14β¬.

β β β β β Do not worry, they haven't forgotten you!!! The service here is special, that's a fact. The pizza here might be the greatest pizza you have had in your life, full stop, without exaggeration.
The crust is super thin, the cheese is as fresh and creamy as possible. The "Pizza Baffetto" is a true experience - mushrooms, sausage and a whole egg in the middle. I want more, I want this again like right now.
The service here is infamous. While waiting on line there were 5 or 6 tables outside asking, begging for the check just so they can leave. Finally when they come tell you the number, it's like a jail break.
These waiters have so much character though and really I just laughed at the Italian-ness of the service. After begging for our bill (due minuto he said, then returned 15 minutes later) our man dropped 9 Euro on the table for change. Then said "for you" pointing to the 5, "for me" and he grabbed the change. Funniest moment of the entire trip. Golden (chef's kiss). Definitely will be back!!!

β β β β β Everyone suggested us to visit the pizzeria. Most of the days there was a huge line so we decided not to wait. But on a Sunday around 1300 there were waiting only 5-6 people. So we tried 2 pizzas one with mushrooms and one with dry meet. It was amazing! Maybe the best pizza we had in Rome, it was veeeery thin and crispy. For these two pizzas and a bottle of water we paid 24β¬
The man who owns the place is fun and friendly.

β β β β β Maybe one of the best pizzas in Rome. The bread is thin, and everything on top of it is just delicious.
The small size pizza is just like a regular pizza for 1 person. They go from 7β¬ to 12β¬.
Some tasty starters also in the menu (bruschetta are top!).
We waited in the cue something like 15-20 minutes.
The place was full but the pizzas came on the table super fast. Very kind staff.
1000% recommended! If you are in Rome donβt miss this place.

β β β β β Probably the best pizza I had till now. I was quite surprised by the extremely thin dough, nothing as your usual pizza dough. Upsides the great taste I see the big benefit, that you don't feel so full and heavy after eating an entire pizza on your own. I had a simple margherita and was very satisfied. Yes, the place doesn't look very special, but the service was quick, definitely not unfriendly in any way. Don't forget to order a jug of house vine to you meal. Its light and tasty so it will perfectly compliment your meal. Thumbs up for this pizza place!
