Due ora e mezza di attesa, dopo che ci fu assicurata la consegna in un ora ( avevamo specificato bene) e pizza sbagliata nonostante le nostre raccomandazioni che non ci fosse un determinato ingrediente. Scuse rifilate e derisione quando abbiamo detto che eravamo allergici entrambi.
Nessun accenno ad una scusa sincera, ci rifanno la pizza quindi altro tempo da aspettare e hanno voluto la pizza sbagliata indietro perché dicevano che gliela avremmo mangiata... E niente per risarcire l'attesa, ne un omaggio o uno sconto.
La centralinista ci deride quando gli diciamo che siamo allergici in due... Alla fine agli ospiti ho dato altro da mangiare e la pizza l'ho dovuta mettere in frigo perché praticamente erano le 21.30...chiamati alle18.30... no comment.una pizza da mezzo metro....
Comunque la centralinista dovrebbe fare un altro lavoro... Nel nostro Paese questo è un esempio di un esercizio che rimane aperto solo perché c'è tanta richiesta e poca offerta.... Ovviamente leggendo le altre recensioni mi rendo conto che hanno molti amici, perché non è assolutamente vero quanto riportato. Io ho provato più volte, ma prezzo caro rispetto servizio e qualità.
Poor pizza poor service.
Two and a half hours of waiting, after we were assured of an hour delivery (we had specified well) and the wrong pizza despite our recommendations that there was no particular ingredient. Trimmed apologies and mockery when we said we were both allergic.
No hint of a sincere apology, they make the pizza again so we have more time to wait and they wanted the wrong pizza back because they said we would eat it ... And nothing to compensate for the wait, neither a gift or a discount.
The switchboard operator laughs at us when we tell him that we are allergic in two ... In the end I gave the guests more to eat and I had to put the pizza in the fridge because it was practically 9.30pm ... called at 6.30pm ... no comment. a half meter pizza ....
However, the switchboard operator should do another job ... In our country this is an example of an establishment that remains open only because there is so much demand and little supply .... Obviously reading the other reviews I realize that they have many friends , because what reported is absolutely not true. I have tried several times, but expensive price compared to service and quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima pizza "emiliana", alta quanto basta e non "stirata", molto ben condita e con un'ampia scelta di gusti anche sfiziosi. Per qualità degli ingredienti e digeribilità direi una validissima alternativa alla classica pizza napoletana.
Excellent "Emilian" pizza, high enough and not "stretched", very well seasoned and with a wide choice of tastes, even delicious. For the quality of the ingredients and digestibility I would say a very valid alternative to the classic Neapolitan pizza.

le pizze arrivano sempre in ritardo e fredde, quando chiami per chiedere a che punto sia il tuo ordine ti rifilano scuse veramente poco credibili.
questa sera oltre al solito ritardo di almeno mezz'ora questa è la pizza che mi è stata presentata
sicuramente non la prenderò più da loro.
I have given many chances to this pizzeria but now I am forced to do a bad review.
pizzas always arrive late and cold, when you call to ask how far your order is, they give you really unlikely excuses.
