Ottima qualità degli impasti.
È l' unico pizzaiolo che fa la pizza senza glutine usando un forno a parte, usando il proprio impasto (tutti gli altri usano impasti congelati, decisamente discutibili).
Come plus, è abbonato ad. "Internazionale", quindi c'è qualcosa di interessante da leggere quando si aspetta :)

Excellent dough quality.
It is the only pizza maker who makes gluten-free pizza using a separate oven, using his own dough (all the others use frozen dough, decidedly questionable).
As a plus, he is a subscriber to. "International", so there is something interesting to read when you wait :)

Migliore pizzeria in zona... ancor meglio della stella marina e centro del mondo.... ma l'ultima volta quando ci sono stato... ho ordinato 3 pizze a piacere... il cuoco estremamente superficiale lo vedevo appoggiare la pala per la pizza moltissime volte per terra e poi sulle pizze che poi avrei mangiato... pizze pronte le portiamo a casa e le prendiamo direttamente dalla scatola.. una delle 2 pizze aveva i carciofi che avevano un fortissimo sapore di muffa... e la seconda era troppo bruciata di sotto :s che schifo! amavo quella pizzeria!!!
I have been buying pizza for myself for years and it has always been the best, in my opinion. Best pizzeria in the area ... even better than the starfish and center of the world .... but the last time when I was there ... I ordered 3 pizzas to taste ... the extremely superficial cook I saw him put the shovel for the pizza many times on the ground and then on the pizzas that I would have eaten ... ready pizzas we take them home and take them directly from the box .. one of the 2 pizzas had artichokes that had a very strong moldy taste ... and the second was too burnt downstairs: yes that sucks! I loved that pizzeria !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ambiente è piccolo ma accogliente. Se prendi una pizza d'asporto puoi sorseggiare un aperitivo nell'attesa. La qualità è decisamente elevata e i prezzi contenuti. Il personale è cordiale e professionale.
Buone anche le alternative di cucina. Devo dire che comunque la oizza è un'eccellenza, tanto che il pizzaiolo ha partecipato al chilometro di pizza fatto alla expo di Milano nel 2015. Resta leggera senza appesantire e offre moltissime varianti per tutti i gusti.
Devo purtroppo dire che ultimamente è cambiato qualcosa dieteo il banco della pizza, che risulta molle e pesante. Purtroppo temo che sia cambiato il pizzaiolo e la qualità è calata drasticamente, quantomemo per quanto riguarda l'asporto. ?

The cooking alternatives are also good. I must say, however, the ozza is an excellence, so much so that the pizza chef took part in the kilometer of pizza made at the Milan expo in 2015. It remains light without weighing it down and offers many variations for all tastes.
Unfortunately, I must say that something has changed lately on the pizza counter, which is soft and heavy. Unfortunately I fear that the pizza maker has changed and the quality has dropped dramatically, at least as regards the takeaway. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima pizza d'asporto (disponibile consegna a domicilio), tipo alla napoletana con bordi alti. Pasta e ingredienti molto salutari (bio) freschi e di stagione. Presente anche angolo senza glutine con forno separato. Ultimamente fanno anche la pasta senza sale molto salutare. Personale cortese e simpatico in particolare Michele (il titolare). Consigliato se volete mangiare una buona pizza a casa vostra.
Excellent takeaway pizza (home delivery available), Neapolitan type with high edges. Pasta and very healthy (bio) fresh and seasonal ingredients. There is also a gluten-free corner with separate oven. Lately they also make pasta without salt very healthy. Courteous and friendly staff especially Michele (the owner). Recommended if you want to eat good pizza at home.
