★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotiamo sabato sera un tavolo per sei persone alle 21:30. Arrivati in pizzeria, ci dicono di attendere 10 minuti perché devono "organizzarsi". Passano circa 30 minuti, torniamo a chiedere informazioni e ci dicono di attendere altri 10 minuti... Alla fine dopo più di un'ora di attesa riusciamo a sederci. Prenotiamo le nostre pizze, e ovviamente anche qui ci fanno attendere. Nulla di speciale, e poi non si lavora così.
We book a table for six on Saturday evening at 9.30pm. Arrived at the pizzeria, they tell us to wait 10 minutes because they have to "get organized". About 30 minutes pass, we go back to ask for information and they tell us to wait another 10 minutes ... At the end, after more than an hour of waiting we are able to sit down. We book our pizzas, and obviously they make us wait here too. Nothing special, and then it's not like that.

Siamo arrivati e ci siamo subito accomodati, le cameriere sono state molto gentili ed educate.
Abbiamo ordinato 2 birre bionde da 0,50cl, 1 frittata, 1 crocchè, 1 ripieno al forno " a modo nostro" (all'interno farcito con parmigiana di melanzane), ed una pizza rotolo (farcita con gorgonzola, fiordilatte e sopra prosciutto crudo, pomodorini, olio evo e provolone (la pizza portava anche rucola e Aceto balsamico che non ho fatto mettere per allergia).
Alcune considerazioni:
Pizza buona e leggera, l'impasto era molto digeribile e sicuramente con una ricetta ricercata e studiata; gli ingredienti con cui sono farcite le pizze, sono davvero buoni e oserei dire di qualità; la pizzeria, visto il periodo di Covid, forse era un po sovraffollata, con tavoli più o meno distanziati; Il conto è venuto 23€: Onesto.
Per cenare ci abbiamo impiegato troppo tempo, 2 ore e mezza per 2 pizze e 2 fritture è un po eccessivo.
Sicuramente è una pizzeria che mi sento di consigliare, ma sicuramente ci sono delle cose da rivedere e riorganizzare da parte dei proprietari.
We went to this pizzeria my husband and I:
We arrived and were immediately seated, the waitresses were very nice and polite.
We ordered 2 blonde beers of 0.50cl, 1 omelette, 1 crocchè, 1 stuffed baked "our way" (stuffed inside with eggplant parmigiana), and a pizza roll (stuffed with gorgonzola, fiordilatte and raw ham on top , cherry tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and provolone (the pizza also brought rocket and balsamic vinegar that I didn't put on due to allergy).
Some considerations:
Good and light pizza, the dough was very digestible and certainly with a refined and studied recipe; the ingredients with which the pizzas are stuffed are really good and I would dare to say of quality; the pizzeria, given the Covid period, was perhaps a bit overcrowded, with tables more or less spaced; The bill came € 23: Honest.
To dine it took too long, 2 and a half hours for 2 pizzas and 2 fries is a bit excessive.
Surely it is a pizzeria that I can recommend, but certainly there are some things to be reviewed and reorganized by the owners.
