★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very good place to stop after the flight. Service was a bit slow but pizza was good. I had the fried calzone which I recommend to everyone, the fried starters like arancini and zeppole were okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious, fast... the real deal! Pizzeria Carminiello is a little off the beaten path for visitors in Napoli, but it is well worth the venture. I had the Margherita, yum! Atmosphere was fun and inviting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there because my name is similar with the pizzeria name. Found a great pizza, the service was quite slow. It is much better than central of Napoli pizza, really liked it more and very close to the airport if you coming from or going to. Prices are standard. It seems like pizza fritta is their best (have seen local people coming and ordering only pizza fritta) It was indeed a good pizza. Recommend trying it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ after a long stay in rome where the pizza was disappointing I was overjoyed to find great pizza here
definitely try the pizza margherita (and maybe others) where you pay extra for DOP mozzarella and fresh tomatoes - that makes a huge difference
the place is very simple unpretentious and non touristy - its a neighborhood pizza joint - service was very good with at least one person with perfect english working there
bathroom was spotless (and very appreciated after a two hour drive from rome)
the rice balls and fried dough were great - and there were no lines or tourist bs to deal with when we arrived on a saturday at 2pm.
