Ottima con farina di segale! Da provare! L'ambiente e accogliente, ed i gestori molto cortesi ! They were at least a couple of years, I did not go to this place .. The pizza is always delicious, with the possibility of choosing different flours! Excellent with rye flour! To try! The environment is welcoming, and the managers very courteous!

L'impasto è sottile e si può scegliere tra canapa, grano saraceno, 5 cereali e altri. Scelta molto ampia, con ingredienti di ottima qualità e impossibile da trovare altrove, come ad esempio la "mustardela" tipica della zona. Non abbiamo preso il dolce, ma quelli dei tavoli vicini erano molto invitanti. Caffè e cappuccino decaffeinati che non fanno rimpiangere quello dei bar. Consiglio di prenotare visto che il locale non è enorme. Assolutamente consigliato, e ci torneremo molto volentieri Nice place even if a bit bare, the staff very kind and helpful. The pizzas are some of the best I've ever eaten. The dough is thin and you can choose between hemp, buckwheat, 5 cereals and others. Very wide choice, with high quality ingredients and impossible to find elsewhere, such as the "mustardela" typical of the area. We didn't have dessert, but the ones at the neighboring tables were very inviting. Decaffeinated coffee and cappuccino that don't make you regret that of bars. I recommend booking as the venue is not huge. Totally recommended, and we will definitely be back

Vous n'y trouverez pas la napolitaine, ni la 4 saisons, ni la marguerite, ni toutes les autres pizzas que vous avez l'habitude de manger d'ailleurs. Dans cet établissement, que des créations originales salées ou sucrées. Grand choix de pâtes (seigle, orge, 4 céréales, sans gluten....) Pour ceux qui ont envie de se faire surprendre, pour ceux qui ont envie de sortir des sentiers battus, allez y.... I now understand why this restaurant is ranked # 1 The owner decides to use local ingredients to make his pizzas. Impasti della pizza con farine integrali, cereali, farro e tante altre, come ingredienti prodotti locali dal sairas alla bagnacaoda ed anche la mustardela. Particolari anche le pizze dolci come quella con tartatin. Da provare anche vista la qualità ed il prezzo ottimo! Great experience, completely different pizza ride than usual. Pizza dough with wholemeal flours, cereals, spelled and many others, such as local products from sairas to bagnacaoda and also mustardela. Also special are the sweet pizzas like the one with tartatin. Also worth trying given the quality and the excellent price!
