I	Ivan M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che oggi (domenica 9 gennaio) a Rimini la situazione meteo non era delle migliori poiché è nevicato e i riders, giustamente, dovevano guidare con maggiore prudenza e più lenti. Ma ci sono due fattori che hanno inciso sulla mia pessima recensione. La prima cosa è stato il fatto che il ristorante abbia accettato il mio ordine nonostante sapesse perfettamente del ritardo notevole nelle consegne. In fase di ordinazione, nella tendina degli orari, l'orario di consegna più veloce era fissato alle 20.45. Le mie pizze sono arrivate alle ore 22! Ho chiamato il ristorante e loro mi avevano assicurato di arrivare per le ore 21.15 / 21.30. Poi ho aperto più segnalazioni attraverso just eat e tutte le promesse fatte dal ristorante sono state disattese. È stata una vera e propria presa in giro perché hanno detto bugie al sottoscritto e al servizio clienti di Just Eat e inoltre hanno accettato ordini sapendo di non poterli garantire in tempi accettabili. Il secondo fattore è la qualità del cibo. Le pizze sono arrivate fredde, farcite male, molto oleose e l'impasto era molle e gommoso (impregnato di olio, credo). La qualità delle farine e degli ingredienti non è sicuramente all'altezza di una pizzeria media. Le patatine fritte erano immangiabili perché fredde e fritte in olio scadente dato il sapore sgradevole. Questa pizzeria è sicuramente tra le più scadenti mai provate a Rimini. Almeno come pizzeria d'asporto. I state that today (Sunday 9 January) in Rimini the weather situation was not the best because it snowed and the riders, rightly, had to drive more cautiously and slower. But there are two factors that affected my bad review. The first thing was the fact that the restaurant accepted my order despite knowing full well of the considerable delay in deliveries. When ordering, the fastest delivery time in the timetable was set at 8.45pm. My pizzas arrived at 10pm! I called the restaurant and they assured me that I would arrive at 9.15pm / 9.30pm. Then I opened more reports through just eat and all the promises made by the restaurant were broken. It was a real joke because they told lies to myself and to Just Eat customer service and also accepted orders knowing that they could not guarantee them in acceptable times. The second factor is the quality of the food. The pizzas arrived cold, stuffed badly, very oily and the dough was soft and chewy (soaked in oil, I think). The quality of the flours and ingredients is certainly not up to the standard of an average pizzeria. The fries were inedible as they were cold and fried in poor oil given the unpleasant taste. This pizzeria is certainly among the poorest ever tried in Rimini. At least as a take-away pizzeria.
