Per il resto la ragazza al telefono scortese è dire poco.
Mi spiace ma fosse per me dovrebbero chiudere.

Ho ordinato varie volte la pizza da Justeat, mi sono trovato relativamente bene, tranne per alcune cose, tra cui una pizza completamente sommerso dall'olio, completamente o quasi completamente bruciata ai bordi e l'ultima cosa, accaduta appena mezz'ora fa, ordino la pizza per le 20.25, mi chiamano dalla sede di Justeat di Milano per "rimproverarmi" del fatto che io non abbia risposto al citofono, essendoci il fattorino sotto casa che aspetta da 10 minuti, infine la pizza è arrivata alle 20, con 25 minuti di anticipo, capisco se arriva quei 5/10 minuti in ritardo, che sia per il traffico o per il fatto che ci siano molte ordinazioni, ma non venticinque minuti prima, perché se ho in altro impegno, non posso venire chiamato telefonicamente da Justeat stesso quando è colpa della pizzeria.
Detto questo, non ordinerò più da loro.
Aggiornamento del giorno dopo 28/01, dopo aver appunto mangiato la pizza ieri sera, questa mattina mi alzo con molto mal di pancia, ho avuto dissenteria tutta la mattina.

I ordered the pizza several times from Justeat, I found myself relatively well, except for some things, including a pizza completely submerged in oil, completely or almost completely burnt at the edges and the last thing, which happened just half an hour ago, I order the pizza at 20.25, they call me from the Justeat office in Milan to "reproach me" for the fact that I did not answer the intercom, as there was the bell boy in the house waiting for 10 minutes, finally the pizza arrived at 20, with 25 minutes in advance, I understand if those 5/10 minutes arrive late, whether it's due to traffic or the fact that there are many orders, but not twenty-five minutes before, because if I have other commitments, I can't be called by phone by Justeat same when it is the fault of the pizzeria.
Having said that, I will never order from them again.
Update the day after 28/01, after having eaten the pizza last night, this morning I get up with a lot of stomach ache, I had dysentery all morning.

Pizza arrivata mezz'ora dopo, immangiabile! Non so nemmeno come definire l'impasto! Da notare che avevo chiamato in pizzeria prima di ordinare tramite Just Eat per sincerarmi su alcuni ingredienti. Ad esempio le zucchine dovevano essere grigliate ed invece sono arrivate stufate...in ogni senso...
La ragazza al telefono è stata saccente e maleducata rispondendo " Eh..Capita" alla nostra lamentela sia relativa al ritardo che al fatto che una delle pizze era letteralmente schiacciata e con tutti gli ingredienti appiccati al cartone.
In conclusione: A MAI PIÙ! ARRIVEDERCI!

Pizza arrived half an hour later, inedible! I don't even know how to define the dough! Note that I had called the pizzeria before ordering through Just Eat to make sure of some ingredients. For example the courgettes had to be grilled and instead they arrived stewed ... in every sense ...
The girl on the phone was pedantic and rude replying "Eh..Capita" to our complaint both about the delay and the fact that one of the pizzas was literally squashed and with all the ingredients stuck to the carton.
In conclusion: NEVER AGAIN! UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN!
