★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre alla pizza classica, che già conoscevo, da un po’ di tempo fanno anche la pizza alla napoletana. Ho voluto provarla spicchiandola al volo con una birretta: alta, soffice, ma allo stesso tempo col bordo che crocca, bello gonfio.
Pensavo fosse più pesante e invece come sempre lievitazione perfetta (sento subito se un impasto è poco o mal lievitato, non dormo la notte).

I thought it was heavier and instead perfect leavening as always (I immediately feel if a dough is not leavened or badly leavened, I don't sleep at night).

È già la terza volta che ci vado, è un posto tranquillo in paese, perfetto per una serata tra amici o colleghi o a due se si vuole chiacchierare e non apparire e basta. La consiglio
Friendly staff, quick to order, excellent pizza cooked really well. And the red beer I usually have, sixtus, is very good. It's already the third time I've gone there, it's a quiet place in the village, perfect for an evening with friends or colleagues or for two if you want to chat and not just appear. I recommend it

Sicuramente alla base c’è tanta esperienza e ricerca: solo in questa pizzeria riesco a finire tutta la pizza, mai pesante e MAI avuto sete la notte.
Personale cordiale, ambiente famigliare e accogliente.
