★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata sabato scorso a mangiare una pizza in questo rinomato locale. Non mi è assolutamente piaciuta la postazione del tavolo, in un punto di passaggio, immediatamente sotto il forno. Molto scomodo e poco professionale. Oltre alla pizza abbiamo preso le patate con la buccia, buone. La pizza tutto sommato aveva un ottimo sapore, dato anche dal condimento, forse eccessivo. C'è molto da migliorare per quanto riguarda l'impasto, che risulta un bel po' pesante (anche il giorno dopo!); inoltre è un po' troppo sottile. Personale simpatico e gentile. Consiglierei qualche modifica al locale, che risulta un po' anonimo. In definitiva, mi è piaciuto ma non troppo.
I went last Saturday to eat a pizza in this renowned place. I absolutely did not like the position of the table, in a passage point, immediately under the oven. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. In addition to the pizza, we had the potatoes with their peel, which are good. All in all, the pizza had an excellent flavor, also given by the topping, perhaps excessive. There is a lot to improve with regards to the dough, which is quite heavy (even the next day!); it is also a little too thin. Nice and kind staff. I would recommend some changes to the place, which is a bit anonymous. Ultimately, I liked it but not too much.
