Finalmente abbiamo potuto provare questa pizza e devo dire che lavorano molto bene. Pasta morbida e fragrante, buona qualità degli ingredienti. La consiglio! Molto buona la variante dell'impasto al carbone vegetale più leggera ma che non varia il gusto. Birre alla spina e birre cimbre in bottiglia tutte da provare!! Presenta due sale, una classica interna e una veranda che dà sul torrente con il piacevole sottofondo della natura. Personale cortese e disponibile. Ho notato nel bagno delle signore un fasciatoio e seggioli per i bambini da mettere al tavolo. Comodo parcheggio in piazza a pochi metri oppure poco più fuori ma raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata lungo il torrente. Wifi gratis. La pizza ha un buon impasto friabile e croccante. Meno buono il condimento perché un po' troppo carico. Ma nell'insieme discreta. Prediligono le materie prime del luogo tipo formaggi della Lessinia e prosciutto crudo di Soave. Prezzi molto convenienti: per una pizza, acqua, caffè pagato 12 euro. Pizzeria in the center of Giazza overlooking the stream that crosses it. Simple but clean. Convenient parking in the square a few meters away or a little further out but reachable with a short walk along the stream. Free WIFI. The pizza has a good crumbly and crunchy dough. The dressing is less good because it is a bit too heavy. But overall discreet. They prefer local raw materials such as cheeses from Lessinia and Soave raw ham. Very affordable prices: for a pizza, water, coffee paid 12 euros.
