★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ragazzi straordinari. Di una disponibilità unica. Oggi al lavoro. Ordino velocemente due pizze. Sbaglio ora consegna. Telefono e mi risolvono il problema. L'autobus (ok sembro Fantozzi) è in ritardo. Chiamo una altra volta e mi risolvono ancora il problema. Il customer service è spesso il segreto del successo. E loro lo interpretano magnificamente. Una battuta: a quando, nella lavagnetta, tornerà la "Salentina"? Bravi!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio ma non consiglio, ordiniamo qui da anni, devo dire che la loro qualità degli ingredienti e super, la base della pizza e buonissima; sicuramente a pizze sono tra le più buone in zona. Ma tutto il resto pecca molto, sempre almeno 20 minuti di ritardo, il weekend è incalcolabile. Ma soprattutto sbagliano spessissimo le pizze, l'ho anche fatto notare più volte, si scusano ma poco cambia. Mi spiace perché questa cosa mi impedisce di ordinare quando ho ospiti a cena, perché rischio una brutta figura. Oltre a dover mangiare qualcosa che magari non mi va molto. Dovete migliorare il personale.

Assurdo il costo di 8 euro applicato alla consegna. Dal loro sito il costo di quanto ordinato sarebbe stato di 32 euro (3 pizze, due fritti e una coca cola da 1,5lt) ma ho preferito ordinare telefonicamente.
... Ero in sosta con il camper in un area di sosta della zona e se ne sono approfittati.
Peccato perché la pizza era buona ma a questi prezzi non lo farò mai più.
