Abbiamo chiamato la pizzeria alle 18 per prenotare due teglie di pizza alle 21, gentilmente l'interlocutore ci ha esortato a non tardare nell orario di arrivo del ritiro testualmente cito "miraccomando alle 21 non più tardi" Ci siamo presentati alle 20:53 proprio per non tardare e essere di qualche minuto di anticipo proprio per agevolare il servizio. All'arrivo in pizzeria ci é stato detto testualmente "siete in largo anticipo la pizza uscirà tra una ventina di minuti". Abbiamo gentilmente aspettato all esterno in auto ma la pizza tardava ad arrivare, all'uscita della pizza mancava anche un gusto richiesto esplicitamente ergo altri dieci minuti di attesa. In conclusione la pizza è stata ritirata alle 21:35 in LARGO RITARDO. La pizza non è stata affatto di nostro gradimento. CRITICA COSTRUTTIVA: UN PO PIÙ DI GENTILEZZA E ACCORTEZZA NEL SERVIZIO, MA IL PENSIERO NON CAMBIA PESSIMA. Given that I was rightly told to do a constructive review, here it is ...
