★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per gli amanti della pinsa romana (e non pizza perchè c'è una bella differenza). Sempre ordinata la pala a portar via, pinsa sempre ben cotta e ben condita, alta come piace a me. Supplì buonissimi, da provare quelli con la cicoria.
 For lovers of Roman pinsa (and not pizza because there is a big difference). Always take the shovel to take away, pinsa always well cooked and well seasoned, as high as I like. Delicious supplì, to try those with chicory.

PS: due anni fa c’era una bellissima ragazza al banco, un po’ timida però nel suo piccolo era simpaticissima?

Ho deciso di festeggiarlo qui, sebbene preferisca la pizza napoletana alla pinsa, per l'ottima posizione del locale e perché è dotato di una sala intima per eventi. Sulla pizza in se non ho nulla da ridire; Metto una stella per il personale: Tutti molto scocciati e poco disponibili. Inoltre, oltre a chi lavora in cucina e al cassiere non ci lavora nessuno. Nessuno sistema/pulisce durante il compleanno o controlla se servono cose come tovaglioli/ bibite. Nessuno si occupa di portare le pizze dal bancone della cassa alla sala della festa. Con il freddo e la pioggia di una sera di dicembre mi sono dovuta beccare gli sbalzi di temperatura per portare le teglie e i piatti per la torta per far mangiare ben 20 amici. Senza l'aiuto di nessuno ( dello "staf"). Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni sul servizio e se qualcuno potesse aiutarmi a portare le pizze il signore anziano mi ha risposto con tono antipatico e urlando ( il tutto nella sala davanti ai miei invitati).
Vi invito a esplicitare prima l'assenza del personale, e non durante il compleanno, davanti agli ospiti, urlando.

I was in this place to celebrate my birthday in December. I decided to celebrate it here, although I prefer Neapolitan pizza alla pinsa, because of the excellent location of the place and because it has an intimate room for events. On the pizza itself I have nothing to say; I put a star for the staff: All very annoyed and not very available. Moreover, in addition to those who work in the kitchen and the cashier, nobody works there. No system / cleans during the birthday or check if you need things like napkins / drinks. No one takes care of bringing the pizzas from the cash desk to the party room. With the cold and rain of a December evening I had to catch the temperature changes to bring the pans and the plates for the cake to make eat 20 friends. Without the help of anyone (of the "staf"). When I asked for explanations about the service and if someone could help me bring the pizzas the elderly gentleman answered me with an unpleasant tone and screaming (all in the room in front of my guests).
I invite you to make explicit before the absence of the staff, and not during the birthday, in front of the guests, screaming.
