★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After turning back from a restaurant we wanted to eat at that was closed we walked back towards the hotel with two hungry kids in tow and decided to drop in for a pizza for a late lunch.
We ordered two pizza margherita's and didn't really have any expectations from the nicely decorated place. We just dropped in by chance. It's a takeaway, but also has tables that you can sit at.
To my surprise, these were probably the best I have ever had (I'm not young...I had a lot:). Our biggest problem was that we wanted to order more but dinner was already ordered and by now just a couple of hours away. It was a really tough decision but we had to resist.
When we paid to leave we noticed that there were a number of certificates hanging on the wall stating that he'd won various pizza competitions. So we decided it really wasn't just hunger clouding our judgment.
We will be back! And I might actually end up having fresh pizza for breakfast for the first time ever :)
