Il titolare è competente, cordiale e mette passione nel lavoro che fa, si sente e si vede dalla qualità della pizza e dalla cura con cui riesce a rendere ogni teglia un'opera d'arte. Veramente una sorpresa, andateci e non ve ne pentirete! Highly recommended pizza place a few meters from the Poggio Mirteto train station. The owner is competent, friendly and passionate about the work he does, feels and can be seen in the quality of the pizza and the care with which he manages to make each pan a work of art. Si può mangiare la pizza tonda la sera nella saletta attigua al negozio dove fanno la pizza al taglio. Da provare in zona non credo proprio ci sia di meglio... Qualità e freschezza degli ingredienti si sentono già al primo morso. La pizza è sempre croccante ma friabile, gustosa in tutte le sue versioni, e senti il sapore di ogni ingrediente. Non si parla e non troverete qui né di impasti slime che ti restano sullo stomaco e finiscono di lievitare lì, tantomeno crostini di pane raffermo che manco con lo scalpello. Da Pizza of Quality è TUTTO STRASUPERBUONO! Provare per credere. P.s. E se siete dei fantasiosi buongustai, lasciate inventare qualcosa di nuovo dallo Chef Smone e dal suo Staff!
