Mi sono recato in questo locale nel cuore di Venaria Reale, a due passi dalla Reggia e dal centro storico.
Siamo stati accolti da uno staff gentile, caloroso e disponibile.
Che dire del PIZZAIOLO ? Un giovane RIVOLUZIONARIO della pizza che sa accostare materie prime di grande eccellenza e qualità italiana con il suo impasto a lunga lievitazione di farine semi-integrali macinate a pietra.
Consiglio vivamente di sperimentare e assaggiare questi capolavori.

I went to this place in the heart of Venaria Reale, a stone's throw from the Royal Palace and the historic center.
We were greeted by a kind, warm and helpful staff.
What about the PIZZAIOLO? A young pizza REVOLUTIONARY who knows how to combine raw materials of great Italian excellence and quality with his long-leavening dough of stone-ground semi-wholemeal flours.
I highly recommend experimenting and tasting these masterpieces.
Price-quality nothing short of fabulous!
